During her undergraduate experience, Natalie Gillard found that support for individuals from diverse backgrounds was rather limited. The latter ignited her desire to pursue diverse professional opportunities and a self-designed graduate study in Race and Ethnic Relations. Natalie has held various inclusion roles over her 13 year career, most recently serving as Stevenson University's Assistant Vice President for Multicultural Experience.

Natalie is the creator of FACTUALITY, a facilitated dialogue, crash course, and interactive experience, that simulates structural inequality in America. FACTUALITY has supported the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives of hundreds of corporations, organizations, and institutions including NBC, Google, Bloomberg, the American Heart Association, Princeton, Yale, and The University of Arizona, where author and civil rights activist, bell hooks participated.

FACTUALITY has reached over 30,000 participants and was featured in Amazon Best Seller | The Memo: What Women of Color Need To Know To Secure A Seat At The Table and Baltimore Magazine’s Best of Baltimore issue. Factuality is listed in the Kellogg Foundation's Racial and Equity Resource Guide and became an ice cream flavor through a partnership with social justice ice cream brand, Taharka Brothers.

Jackson Stewart is a rising junior at Babson College. He is receiving a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship, concentrating in legal studies and literary/visual arts. Jackson is very involved on campus. Along with playing on the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team for his first two years, he is the secretary of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, a member of Babson’s Acapella singing group (Rocket Pitches), and is a member of Peers on Wellness (POW), a program devoted to promoting health and educating fellow Babson students on a range of wellness topics. Furthermore, Jackson is hoping to further his legal studies at law school after college, although this decision is undecided. His favorite hobbies are to read fiction works, write short stories/poetry, and listen to music.

Outside the classroom, Jackson has a passion with special education. He is the Co-Founder of By Your Side (BYS), an organization that fosters supportive communities of students with and without special needs, and commits to promoting friendships, social empowerment, and awareness of developmental diversity at all levels of education. After its original founding at Beverly Hills High School in 2015, it has expanded to three other school districts, and Jackson is excited for the future of BYS.

Jackson joined the FACTUALITY team in April of 2019, and has loved every moment of it. He acts as a social media intern, creating posts on all FACTUALITY social media platforms along with proving his insight on potential growth opportunities.
