BCPS Administrative Professionals Conference

Over the course two days, I facilitated FACTUALITY for over 200 administrative professionals in the Baltimore County Public Schools district. These are the individuals that are greeting families of all backgrounds at schools from all around the county. It is my hope that their experience with Factuality and its lessons about inequality, empathy, and judgement follow them into the academic year and beyond.
