During this session, I had the opportunity to facilitate FACTUALITY for members from CareFirst's Human Resources team.

​Special thanks to my friend and colleague Morgan Somerville for introducing FACTUALITY to her new place of employment... starting on her first day in the office. I am looking forward to facilitating the experience with more CareFirst team members later this year.
