It was such a wild experience facilitating FACTUALITY in Oldtown, a Baltimore neighborhood that was originally redlined in the 1930s! It made the facilitation so incredibly compelling as the participants were fully aware of their surroundings and were able to connect the current conditions and neighborhood composition to an equally defining and dark time in American history.
