The best part of facilitating FACTUALITY for the University of Virginia was listening to the participant contributions. I had the honor of working with a group that was very knowledgable about structural inequality. Included in this group was Andrew Baxter, Fire Chief | City of Charlottesville, Virginia; they are so fortunate to have his leadership.
