Women of Color Leadership Luncheon

I recently had the opportunity to travel to The University of Arizona to sit on the Women of Color in Leadership panel and also to facilitate FACTUALITY. 

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience but admittedly, it was disheartening to hear about the challenges that women of color are routinely subjected to in the workplace. Conversely, I left feeling motivated, excited by the fact that I get to spend every single day creating opportunities to support the dismantling of the very systems that challenge us the most.
