In a world that feels increasingly divided, how do we come together?  Through play.

Join us for a one-of-a-kind game night designed to spark deep connection, thoughtful conversation, and collective joy, while building the tools we need to stay resilient and hopeful.

Using play-based experiential learning, we’ll explore how to:

  • Bridge the gap between opinion and fact regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

  • Engage audiences in fact-based conversations through gameplay

  • Foster comfortable and collaborative learning environments

  • Explore sensitive topics in a safe, structured, and accessible way

  • Increase empathy, self-awareness, and social understanding in minutes

WHY THIS MATTERS

Play isn’t just fun, it’s powerful. It helps us stay grounded, present, and hopeful even in difficult times.
This event is about more than learning, it’s about reclaiming joy, building resilience, and connecting with like-minded people who care about making meaningful change in the world.

You’ll leave with:

  • New methods for navigating difficult conversations

  • Real connections with others who care deeply about justice, healing, and inclusion

  • A renewed sense of energy, community, and purpose

  • A tool for connecting specific games with learning, development, and culture outcomes

Tell a friend to tell a friend. Tell a colleague to tell a colleague.

We hope to see you on July 16th.

FACTUALITY Gives Back is a philanthropic initiative led by Natalie Gillard, that has raised over $25,000 for organizations and initiatives that drive social impact.

Through FACTUALITY Gives Back, public facilitations are offered for free or at a reduced rate, because this type of learning should be accessible. We donate 100% of the proceeds, which most importantly allows us to generate funds and awareness for causes that are near and dear to us.

The July 16th facilitation, in partnership with BarometerXP, is free and open to the public.
